Job Title: Remote Clinical Pharmacist (Full/Part-Time)
Oberoi Consulting is expanding its team of Clinical Pharmacists to undertake remote therapeutic reviews (through Oberoi Disease Management) across a range of clinical areas to deliver optimal clinical outcomes for both patients and the NHS.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Ensuring the exemplary standards of professional conduct when representing Oberoi Consulting with Healthcare Organisations
- Efficiently managing Oberoi Disease Management therapeutic review services within a Healthcare Organisation, demonstrating adept planning and prioritisation of projects and workloads.
- Maintaining clear audit trails in accordance with Oberoi Consulting and HCO policies and procedures.
- Delivering optimal clinical outcomes for patients and the NHS. Adhering to all clinical and information governance policies.
- Provision of therapeutic review services to NHS Healthcare Organisations.
- Exhibiting strong communication skills to effectively present patient outcomes data back to healthcare organisations.
- Being motivated to succeed and supporting the development of clinical and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identifying and securing clinical reviews at individual practice level based on clinical need.
- Act as an ambassador for Oberoi Disease Management.
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders at various Healthcare Organisation levels.
- Raising awareness of Oberoi Consulting and Oberoi Disease Management within primary care and fostering lasting relationships with practices and local NHS organisations.
- Engaging in continuous professional development relevant to current activities and supporting company strategy when appropriate.

Role Requirements:
- Master in Pharmacy Degree (MPharm)
- Registration with the GPhC, minimum 2 years PQE
- Independent prescribing qualification (desirable)
- Good understanding of QOF and Primary Care Disease Register
- Good problem-solving, organisational, and oral and written communication skills
- Ability to focus on detail, establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
- Effective skill in using MS Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of applicable guidelines, regulations, and SOPs
- Good understanding of primary care clinical systems (desirable)
